Book orders sent home today.  You can submit paper orders with checks payable to Scholastic or order online at Scholastic with the class code HG829 for Elk Meadows Sixth Grade.  All orders, paper or online, are due Friday, September 27.  Give paper orders to Mrs. Boehme or Mrs. Anderson.

Math - Worksheet 1-12 due 9/17.  Go to the Math tab and do some ThinkCentral activities online.

Science- We are beginning our moon logs tonight and will continue each night until Friday. Remember to select a time between 8 and 8:30 and a specific place. Please make your observations from that same place and at that same time each night.

Language Arts: DOL Sentences written correctly in cursive #3-5. Due: 9/17.  Preposition Quiz #3 on Tuesday, September 17.  Memorize all the prepositions from "about" to "near." Spelling Counts!!! MyAccess.com Introduction packet page 1 (#1-11) Due: 9/17
