Elk Meadows Spelling Bee April 25th 9:15am 

Thanks to all of your generous donations, we are going to Space Camp :)   Boehme/Anderson and Berven/Thomas are going on Tuesday, April 22.  Packard and Ridge are going on Wednesday, April 23.  Go to this link to read about your mission starting at the bottom of page 4.  Return permission note with lunch choice by Monday, April 14.

Planner: Remember to have it signed every day.

Independent Reading: Read 20 minutes per night. 100 minutes required per week.  Record minutes in planner.

Homework:

Math:  Math WS 8-7 Due Monday April 14th

Science: No Assignment

Language Arts:  Narrative "Just a Dream" Essay due Thursday April 24th.  Please make sure to bring a novel to class.

Reading: Comprehension Challenge G-12 and Dictation #11 in class.  Students shared their "Your Words, My Story" essay.

     
Keyboarding: Students should be typing at 28 wpm minimum.  Practice at:  Free-Typing-Test.com.
