Don't forget about the school carnival this Friday, September 20!!!

Math Notes: Today the students took Quiz #4.  Tomorrow will be the Unit One Review.  Friday will be the Unit One test.  Please study the review at home.  

Homework:

Planner signed: Remember to get it signed every day.
Read 20 minutes per night; 5 nights a week.
Remember to get all notes signed and returned.

Book orders sent home today.  You can submit paper orders with checks payable to Scholastic or order online at Scholastic with the class code HG829 for Elk Meadows Sixth Grade.  All orders, paper or online, are due Friday, September 27.  Give paper orders to Mrs. Boehme or Mrs. Anderson.

Math - Worksheet #1-14  Due: Thursday, September 19.

Science- Moon log day 3. Remember to do it as close to the same place and time as possible. For those who started late go ahead and begin get as many days as you can before Friday, after that the moon will be rising too late for our purposes. If your view is blocked by clouds, record that as part of our data. Finally, remember Group 3 is doing their Science Current Event tomorrow, 9/19. 

Language Arts:  Preposition Quiz #4 on Tuesday, September 24.  Memorize all the prepositions from "about" to "to." Spelling Counts!!! MyAccess.com Introduction packet page 2 (#1-31) Due: tomorrow 9/19.
 
Reading: Word Test #2  Please study the words that you missed.  They will show up on the Proof-reading Test tomorrow as well as your Dictation Test on Thursday, 9/19.
